Stir mixture to roll for 20 hours at 120 to 150 rpm

(Regardless of season, stir in an atmosphere between 20°C and 25°C)

Filter stirred liquid to 300 mesh

(If not used, store in a cold cow at 0~5)

Stir the upper part in the same way as the lower part.

(Use after filtering to 100-120 mesh)

The preheating temperature of the substance (substrate) is about 40 to 50.

(Based on the surface temperature of the feeder)

The pressure of the spray gun is 2 to 3 kgf/㎠

The thickness of the coating film is 30±5㎛.

Working with wet on wet at bottom level

(Apply topsoil before bottomsoil is dry)

The drying temperature is 230×15 minutes to avoid the sudden heat.

(Based on the surface temperature of the object)

The household time of the aged paint is about 4days.

(It varies depending on the season and color, and it must be stored in a cold cow at 0~5)
